Parents are very important to Chandler Christian Academy. In many ways our school is intended to serve parents more than students. Parents are the ones who have the responsibility to raise and train their children. The school is here to help parents fulfill that responsibility. Because of this, there are some significant ways in which parents can become involved at Chandler Christian Academy.
The first way CCA parents are involved is by paying tuition. We realize that the cost of sending a child to CCA is a financial sacrifice and may require extra hours at work and extra initiative just to pay the bills.
CCA parents are also involved when they participate in their child’s experiences at CCA. There are many opportunities to volunteer in classrooms as a room parent or with class activities, or chaperone field trips. You can also be involved in planning school events. Children are more productive and effective students when parent support is evident. We ask that each family volunteer 12 hours a year. Please be sure to check our PTF Page as well for more information on how to get involved.
Additionally, CCA parents are involved by spreading the word as to what God is doing at our school. As parents you are our best advertisement. If you refer a family and they enroll their child/children, you may be eligible for a tuition credit. (Contact our Financial Administrator for more information.)
Finally, you can make a difference by simply praying for CCA. Pray for the teachers and staff, the administrator, and the school board as you entrust your child’s education to them. Pray for the students’ academic and spiritual growth. Pray for God’s provisions and guidance. CCA humbly acknowledges that this school could not exist without the prayers of our community and the provision of our Lord.
Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” (NIV)
Thank you for your commitment to Christian education and trusting CCA to serve your family.
